Terms & Conditions

Rates:

  • The rates include breakfast buffet and gourmet dinner, pick up and assistance from /to the train station of Machu Picchu and courtesies mentioned in the description of the room.
  • All rates are in Soles and US Dollars and include all the taxes for foreign tourists and Peruvian non-residents in Peru.  (BY PERUVIAN LAW, THEY MUST ALWAYS BE IN SOLES, SO NOW WE WILL PUBLISH IT ON THE WEB TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH INDECOPI)
  • Children of 7 years old (or younger) can share the room with his parents, in this case share the same bed.
  • Contact with  reservas@hatuchaytower.com  for special rates for groups or longer stays.
  • We accept payments with credit cards Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and cash in en soles (local currency), US dollars and  euros.    

Reservations:

  • All additional requirements  should be sent by email at reservas@hatuchaytower.com or fax at (511) 446-5776 (Lima-Peru), no reservations will be arranged over the telephone.
  • Once we review our availability  we proceed to send the confirmation of the booking by email, with the hotel reservation code.
