Experiential learning of the Amazon

In Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge we also seek to contribute to our customers and young students learning. That is why we have designed programs for students from different Peruvian and foreign universities. Once the university students complete their journey, they will have a better environmental awareness; because they have lived with pure nature closely, know its richness and be able to issue a personal view on the impact of pollution and how it affects the Amazon. We develop programs tailored to the needs of the group of students.

Likewise, the students will have the opportunity to develop experiential activities with the communities and know their social reality.
Tours can be coordinated together with its booking executives, so that in the early days the students know the city, and visit the different ports; such as Belen and Bellavista. They can know the craft markets and understand how the people behave according to context in which they operate.

Beginning after their excursions for direct contact with nature: we will go to the virgin forest, visit the riparian communities like San Jorge, Yarina, among others; and finally, camp in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. For pre and post tours, we suggest visits to Lima and Callao cities, to know the biggest port in South America, always subject to professional advice.
